Il faut s’habituer que le rapport qualité / prix n’est absolument pas le même qu en Europe! Positive: C’est spacieux Lit double confortable Bon équipement Petite cuisine Salle de bain privative Negative: Situé au rez- de chaussé, vu sur un parking avec plein de voitures, poubelles directement devant les fenêtres, dans la nuit des rats qui venait dans les poubelles. Les fenêtres très fines, on entend tout, en plus le vent passe de travers, les premiers nuits il faisait très froid…( mais il y avait un chauffage 💪) Si on a la chance, on a de l’eau chaude . Je n’ai tjs pas compris le système ( j’ai eu 4 fois sur 7 de l’eau chaude..)….

We loved staying there. The owners messaged us regularly and asked if they could help us with anything Positive: It was within walking distance of places of our interest. It was nice to have a clean and cozy apartment to stay in. Negative: The garbage was piling up outside our window, right next to our car Nd when we went out a few times we actually saw a rat crawl out of a garbage can. D run under a car.

Clean, comfortable, and accessible. Positive: The location was clean, easy to get into, comfortable, and included an A/C unit which was appreciated in the 98 degree weather. Its very close to Boston University and good hospitals. The location made Boston seem very walkable. Negative: The laundry isn't in unit, but there is one available in the building, we didn't end up using it so I cannot speak to how it works.

Positive: LOCATION Negative: NO PARKING , las ventanas no tienen ninguna vista agradable, las cortinas no tienen un mecanismo fácil, y les falta bloquear la luz excesiva de las luces que no dejan dormir, Alomejor dejan prendido el foco que da a la basura para que las ratas puedan hacer de las suyas sin problema

safe and quiet w/ comfy bed Positive: The area is nice and quite very safe. Bed was super comfortable. There is a washer/ dryer room that you can pay to use. The place is nice has central heating with a ceiling fan. Right next to subway greenline. Not far from shopping or coffee Negative: No trash bags, tub had a hole where the nobs use to be the was painter tape over two of them and the open drain where the water fact was. Hair was in the tub so the bathroom was not clean it smelt like sour mop water. I brought my own cleaning supplies to get it cleaned. There was a small issue with the hot water but it was correct immediately.
