The only positives were the great host communication and convenient location. We booked for an 4-day vacation over the July 4th weekend during a heat wave and found the AC broken. Indoor temperatures reached 83F at 10 PM, remained in the 80s the next day, and hit 85F the following morning. The furnace filter was black with dust, air quality was poor, and the unit was hot and muggy. The issue was never resolved despite reassurance. Management offered another unit on day 3, but we had already booked another hotel just to escape the heat. Having to spend significant more and unexpected costs for lodging was unfortunate, we hope the property management will do right by their guests, refund us for the stay, and repair the cooling system before they host future guests.
