Great location, convenient layout, comfy bed and roomy bathroom for apartment size. Would stay here again!

It was a clean comfortable apartment. The host was responsive and helpful with my questions. Walgreens and CVS are close by for my needs.

Conveniently located apartment. Overpriced. Needs some updating. Positive: Vicinity to family, the shore and key Boston activities. Great natural light. Corner unit, 6th floor out of 7 stories. Spacious living room. Kitchen efficient. Negative: Super expensive for quality of unit. Noisy at night, including into wee hours if morning. Some disrepair. Unit could use updating— chipped paint, worn out rugs, burn spot on rug, suboptimal linens/sheets. Strict checking policy.

Positive: Ubytování se nachází ve skvělé lokalitě, má čisté a příjemné prostředí. Komunikace s pronajímatelem byla super. Ubytování vypadá přesně jako na fotkách. Negative: Jediným minusem byl hluk z ulic ve večerních hodinách.

The unit is accurately described online, which I was a bit worried about to be honest, given how affordable the stay was. Everything was spotlessly clean (which aside from safety is my biggest worry when there are not a lot of existing reviews). Everything was in good working order. For a downtown location, this is a fairly quiet area at night. If you are concerned about noise, get a white noise app on your phone, crank it up, and put it next to your head. I slept really well! Comfortable bed. Lots of takeout places nearby, and walkable to the blue line T from the airport. I felt safe walking around this neighborhood, even by myself at night.
