Positive: A suitable and comfortable apartment for a family (3 bedrooms). Good location.
The view from the living room window is beautiful.
Negative: The apartment is not in a very good shape, and there are no decent shades.
Aside that - check in time is 5 PM, and check out is 10 AM.

Great location and value, but be aware you have to wait until 5pm to check in.
Positive: Clean with beautiful views.
Negative: Extremely late check-in combined with early check-out. Kitchen not well stocked.

Boston NYE
Great location and view. I would recommend more clearly listing the floor level and amount of stairs required to reach the apartment. The narrow stairways and amount of flights were surprising and would probably be more difficult for people older/less mobile than us.

5th floor location and nonfunctioning elevator when my 85 year old mother comes with me: bad

Boston bucket-list trip
Facility was clean and had everything you needed. Only downfall was NO elevator. Stairway is narrow and being on the 5th floor it was brutal. Pack lite!! But all the sites and fun in Boston were great!
