Wonderful Fenway 3br/2ba | Steps from Fenway Park!

Good and Bad Stay Positive: The location was fabulous! The new from the living vroom was outstanding. Except for a toilet leak, the apartment was very clean. The leakbofcraw sewage from the toilet left five people using one barlthroom. The elevator broke down. Prior to our visit I had asked about/ he elevatorvsince my wife is in a wheelchair and the apartment is on the fifth floor. We were told itwould be repaired shortly! My wife and I missed the Red Sox game we stayed in Boston for. We moved all of our luggage to the first floor the next day in order to catch flights. We then planned how to get my wife down when the elevatorvwas finally fixed. Negative: See above. Also, the corner of thecwhitevrug in the living room is turned up and is a teipping hazard.

Negative: The elevator was broken though it did get fixed. The ac was older and back bedrooms were not comfortable at night

Positive: A suitable and comfortable apartment for a family (3 bedrooms). Good location. The view from the living room window is beautiful. Negative: The apartment is not in a very good shape, and there are no decent shades. Aside that - check in time is 5 PM, and check out is 10 AM.

Great location and value, but be aware you have to wait until 5pm to check in. Positive: Clean with beautiful views. Negative: Extremely late check-in combined with early check-out. Kitchen not well stocked.

Great location and view. I would recommend more clearly listing the floor level and amount of stairs required to reach the apartment. The narrow stairways and amount of flights were surprising and would probably be more difficult for people older/less mobile than us.
