Positive: its what I didnt like
Negative: I paid $50.00 to arrive early given the check in is at 5:00 which is unheard of . I inform them that I wasn't going to arrive early so venmo my $50. back. it's been 3 weeks and customer sevice is getting back to me but the manager isn't getting back to them. this is not okay. it seems like a small amount but I'm going to the attorney general and I'm filing a complaint.
