Positive: The location was good. Communication with the rental company was excellent. It was clean.
Negative: It's old. The kitchen is basically, too small for 2 people to work in. Only 2 coffee mugs, so washing them every day. The water can go cold at a moments notice based on how many people in the building are using warm water. The central air doesn't seem to work too well, so you have to use heaters to get it warm. It 's quite a balancing act.
