Cozy 1BDR Close to Fenway!

For the price we paid, I was disappointed with the apartment. While the floors were clean and the host was very responsive, the unit itself felt outdated and needed more attention to detail.We expected an older building, which we actually found charming, but the apartment was worn. The walls had numerous marks and needed paint. The bathroom was especially disappointing, with missing floor tiles, an outdated mirror with what appeared to be black mold-like specks, and a very slick bathtub. There was also a dead bug on the shower accessory and evidence that previously mounted items had not been properly removed and cleaned. The bathroom vent also appeared to have an issue as there was toilet paper stuffed on the corner of it to possibly hide a hole.The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the couch sat unusually low. The listing photos also did not show the full bathroom, which would have been helpful to know before booking.The location was excellent—right by the Green Line and a very short walk to Fenway. The host was also communicative throughout our stay. The unit is on the top floor, so be aware there are stairs.Overall, the location and communication were great, but for the price, I expected a more comfortable and updated apartment. With some repairs, updates, and better attention to detail, this could be a much better stay.

Very pleasant base for a few days inn a work trip. Accessibility to Kennore T stop was very handy. Not a great deal in Positive: Comfortable place near to Back Bay and Fenway Negative: Nothing - all good

Great little getaway for the convenience of Boston, Fenway ballpark, the freedom trail, and an easy walk to downtown.

Great stay will definitely be staying there again!! Positive: Location and very clean! Negative: The only thing I didn’t like is no parking

We’re missing towels and toilet paper.Finally received them but not having them the first night was a big failure in hos Positive: Good location Negative: No toilet paper until day 2. Only one towel for two guests.
