Charming 1 Bedroom | Newbury Street

Positive: The hosts were responsive to questions. The property is in a prime location and easily accessible. Price for location is great. Negative: The property is quite worn down, especially in the bathroom and the kitchen. We did a double-booking, meaning I stayed in the property and had a cleaning in between. During that cleaning all my food was thrown out, despite my asking not to do this. This was very inconvenient. I did not get the costs replaced.

A decent place in a great location. Positive: This was a great location, right near the convention center on Newbury Street. Great access to shops and restaurants. Directions on how to access the unit were excellent and communications with the company were both very good. Negative: When I arrived, I needed to contact the rental agent because there appeared to be no heat in the unit. They indicated that there was a small potable heater I could use. I didn't discern heat until the morning of my last day, so was cold for the entirety of the stay. Beyond that, the unit is fine if unspectacular. The interior definitely needs updating. The carpet looks to be about 20 years old and in very poor shape. The kitchen area, likewise.

Aquecimento antigo, sem possibilidade de controle individual, fraco.
