Good location. Easily accessible to the T, stores, and cafés, etc.
Positive: Location
Negative: Inflexible cancellation policy, although knew that going in. A flexible cancellation policy with a pro-rated fee would have made this nice property better.
Also losing a lot of heat and noise control from the thin side panels at the window air conditioner. I recommend adding some insulation.

Lovely stay in a safe, convenient neighborhood.
Positive: Loved the location. Within walking distance of several great coffee shops and restaurants. We felt very safe there.
Negative: Just needed more towels per person and a mirror outside of the bathroom. Other than that, it was perfect.
