Simple & Spacious Apartment!

simple & adequate for shorter stays, convenient location for tourist visit. Positive: 1/2 block from Boston Common, comfortable beds, good kitchen, all queen beds, great communication. Negative: Hall/street access a bit dingy, many stairs to access, street noise noticeable at night, bathroom door heavy & commercial style, not sure you can access elevator from main level.

The appartment is located next to a construction area which is working all night. Positive: There are constructions going on just outside the apartment, the work starts at 2am-3am and continues all night. The noise is extremely loud. I did not have a single night sleep for 3 days. it completely destroyed my vecation. I am sure the owner is aware of this situation and it was not mentioned at all. Other than that it is a very good apartment. Negative: First and foremost to be transparent about the fact that there are constructions going on at night next to the apartment. and if the owner realy wants to make this apartment suitable for this area then the windows need to be replaced with triple or at least double glass isolated windows which will at least block some of the noise.

Positive: Great location and space Negative: Bathroom door does not close. Also, the access instructions provided led us to an entrance with stairs only - we had to carry heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. It turned out there was another separate access point with an elevator - which we were not directed to within our instructions. There was a delay in locating something one of our party left behind. Confirmation was received the item was found after we communicated we would be leaving the country - at which point it was stated that a $40 charge would apply for the return of the item. (We communicated and chased when we would be leaving and when we could collect the item before our departure, but it was seemingly not located until after then)

Everything was great, location is very good 😇 clean and comfy apartment 🫶🏻
