La ubicación es buena pero no volvería Positive: La ubicación es buena Negative: Por la noche intentábamos apagar el sistema de calefacción porque hacía mucho ruido pero no lo conseguimos. Nos pusimos en contacto varias veces con el anfitrión que no nos hizo ni caso y no mandó a nadie a solucionar el asunto. Cristales de las ventanas, vitrocerámica y moqueta de entrada al edificio muy sucios. Faltaba limpieza en general. Sólo había tres toallas de baño y el apartamento es para 6. Dos de las toallas muy viejas y con manchas amarillas

Overall a fine stay but not much sleep due to ongoing noise Positive: 3 bedrooms for space separation. Good kitchen and utensils. Convenience to go anywhere. Very close to subways. Negative: Loud construction and city noise often runs very late (10pm) and night and very early in the morning (5am). Area rugs are loosely laid in the living room and bedroom, which is a tripping hazard. Wall shelf next to bed with not about space, also a hazard to hit head, which actually happened. Barely enough bath towels and toilet paper. For early check in they charge extra money claiming they need to coordinate staff. But for early check out, they want us to let them know so they can get the unit ready earlier for the next guests, so there really isn’t extra coordination. Seems unreasonable to charge extra money to check in before 5pm, especially 5pm check-in is later than normal hotel check-ins at 3pm.

Positive: This was one of the MOST accurate stays I’ve ever done. This loft was amazing - clean, tall ceilings, great size rooms, and AMAZING owners/communication. Not to forget the location — the orange T is right outside of the apartment door for easy access around the city.

Positive: Enough space for a party of 6 (3 couples). Comfy beds. Clean apartment. Great location! The hosts were very fast to respond to any communication and were very accommodating with early check in and late check out requests. We WOULD stay here again, knowing the limitations to the space. We felt safe in the building and were happy to discover the elevator entryway for our family with mobility and vision issues. Negative: We liked this place. The issues mostly pertain to guests with mobility or vision issues: The apartment had poor lighting. Bathroom door was not ADA compliant (commercial heavy door that we needed to prop open for my elderly parents), although the shower was ADA (nice shower!). The bedrooms have no dressers or suitcase racks (mobilty and site issues --- it was hard for my parents to keep everything on the ground in suitcases for 6 days), but all rooms had closets to hang things. The kitchen had no dish towels and no backup paper towels. There were no washcloths for the bathroom and there is no laundry in the apartment.

Good place to stay for a short stay in Boston Positive: Great location in Boston for seeing the city, good transport links, nice comfortable beds, good decor Negative: Only one toilet to be shared between up to 6 people.
