Wonderful, great communication and a fabulous base for our time in the city. Positive: Brilliant location — close to subway. Comfortable and safe. Negative: A little noisy with sirens, being so close to emergency services — but really not a problem.

Great value for the space / location. Smooth check-in and communication. Stairs were a bit tiring. Positive: The property was well kept and clean. The hosts were very accommodating, prompt, and professional. It was a good amount of space especially for the price and excellent location! The keypad was very convenient and made check-in very smooth. Negative: Unfortunately, the property being on the fifth floor did become a bit tiresome after spending a long day out and bringing up/down luggage so just be wary!

Good location for touring Boston attractions - not the quietest ! Positive: Convenient location for seeing Boston and close to Metro Negative: 5th floor without a lift which was a challenge when travelling with luggage - a lot of street noise between 2 and 3 am - fitting of air on could be improved to reduce that
