If I would have known that it was in a 5th floor with no elevator I would have no elevator I would not hace chose it Positive: It is in a very central location Negative: We didn’t see that it was in a 5ñth floor with no elevator. Also tour buses park on the street and their generators run 24/7 giving noise and foul diesel smoke. The heat was not on because a norester came in. But it had good blankets

When we arrived, there were dirty dishes in the cupboard. We had plans to cook our own food, but when we went to turn the stove and oven on, we figured out that they didn’t work. When we messaged the host with the issue, it was kind of blown off and they said they’d get it looked at. The next morning, maintenance just entered the apartment without asking or without a heads up provided from the host. On our last night, the smoke detector battery was running low and wouldn’t stop chirping. Again, we messaged the host and we were told to disconnect the smoke alarm for the night and it would be dealt with in the morning. No offer was made to come and fix any of these issues for us during our stay. The host is an AI robot and only sends automated messages. There is nothing provided for you in the apartment, except for towels and linens. The only good thing this apartment has going for it is the location. It’s very close to Boston Commons and within walking distance of other places too. Overall, would NOT recommend staying at this place.

Wonderful, great communication and a fabulous base for our time in the city. Positive: Brilliant location — close to subway. Comfortable and safe. Negative: A little noisy with sirens, being so close to emergency services — but really not a problem.
