warm and spacious apartment in great location. noisy heating system and blinds could be darker
Positive: warm, spacious, good furnishings/kitchen/laundry/bathroom; easy system for getting in/out
Negative: darker curtains might be helpful for loungeroom (as light flows directly to bedroom); noisy ?heating system, probably hard to fix this

Positive: The location of the unit was perfect for walking and catching a tax/Lyft/Uber. The unit was clean and comfortable.
Negative: Can be very noisy. Sounds from inside and outside of the building can be heard loud and clear. There is also construction happening close by that can be heard during very early morning hours.
