Charming & Chic | Studio Apt

Very nice apartment and very convenient location! Positive: The property was very clean, spacious and was the dream location for the whole city. The train station right at the end of the street was very convenient. It is also close to a lot of good bars and restaurants! Can’t rate this place highly enough and will always try and stay there again whenever I return to Boston! Negative: Nothing!

Positive: The location was perfect Negative: You could hear the subway rumble. After one day you didn't notice it much

Better than perfect Positive: The easy checkout in and check out was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect beautiful area and close to everything you’ll ever need. Gorgeous room, will absolutely stay again. Negative: The only thing was a lot of construction on the road coming in but as soon as we were in our building we didn’t notice it at all, it was not a bother, just something unexpected but had nothing to do with the property itself.

warm and spacious apartment in great location. noisy heating system and blinds could be darker Positive: warm, spacious, good furnishings/kitchen/laundry/bathroom; easy system for getting in/out Negative: darker curtains might be helpful for loungeroom (as light flows directly to bedroom); noisy ?heating system, probably hard to fix this

Positive: The location of the unit was perfect for walking and catching a tax/Lyft/Uber. The unit was clean and comfortable. Negative: Can be very noisy. Sounds from inside and outside of the building can be heard loud and clear. There is also construction happening close by that can be heard during very early morning hours.
