Positive: 10/10 Easy check-in, great communication, great neighborhood, apartment is even more spacious than the pictures show. Very pleased with my stay!
Negative: Not a huge deal, but an 11am check out would be ideal.

Overall, great experience. Would stay here again.
Positive: Awesome location. Boston Common right across the street. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Negative: Bed was squeaky and pillows were flat. Would also be nice to have chairs or a couch that reclines.
