Positive: Size of the apartment. Large refrigerator, washer, dishwasher. Proximity to the subway.
Negative: Many homeless people outside on the street. The building door key lock was not working. AC was extremely loud. There are windows on both bedrooms ceilings without curtains, which wake us up early in the morning. The pans in the kitchen had many scratches.

The park and right next to the green train for Fenway and an awesome washer/dryer system
Negative: Very loud air conditioner and hearing the train throughout the night. The front door had a huge gap that let in the bright hallway light
