Quaint Studio Apt! | Steps from Back Bay

Our stay was ruined by a major raw sewage backup. Positive: The area Negative: The Apartment was below street level, although the description said it was street level. It was difficult to navigate the narrow, steep stairs, especially with cases. No cups or mugs, forks or spoons. Leads on kettle and microwave were not long enough to safely reach plug. There was a large crack in the mirror on wardrobe door. On our second day sewage came up into the toilet and bath. The smell was awful. We had to use the toilet but could not use the bath or shower for the rest of our stay. Although we were supplied with mugs and cutlery and an extension lead, nothing was done about the sewage problem and although we asked for a part refund this was refused by the hosts.

Positive: Ubication Negative: Expensive, old water installation, it was a little bit cold and there were no clean blankets. Very small place. There were no cups, neither spoons, in general very little Cutlery and tableware

Eine gute Unterkunft und einer guten Lage. Positive: Sehr gut Lage. Fußläufig bis in die Stadt. Nett eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Team verlief sehr gut. Negative: Manche Dinge waren nicht mehr i. O. wie beispielsweise der Griff für die Toilettenspülung. Außerdem war es nicht ganz so sauber (alte Nudeln im Besteckkasten, Haare auf dem Boden).
