Downton Boston Luxurious 2 Bed!

Spacious and Conveniently Located 2 Bed 1 Bath Positive: This lovely 2 bed 1 bath apartment was pristine, spacious, and conveniently located. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. Hosts responded promptly. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The in unit washer/ dryer was a nice perk. Negative: It would be better if the shower controls could be moved closer to the door since it was a rain shower head. As the hosts warned, you can hear and feel whenever the trains pass. There was also construction next door and a church bell tower ringing hourly but we found the place had surprisingly good soundproofing

Great location and wonderful apartment but be ready to hear street noise and every train Positive: Location was amazing - right on the Commons. Apartment was amazing - very clean and modern. It was perfect for what we needed. Negative: You could hear every train because subway ran directly under the building and a lot of noise from the street.

Es todo un 10 - excelente apartamento. Positive: Absolutamente todo recomendable. Muy lindo apartamento, cómodo, limpio, moderno y súper bien ubicado. La atención del personal que lo administra es inmediata, respetuosa y muy eficiente. Es un 10/10.

NO PARKING & Terrible customer service Positive: It looked just like the pics Negative: PARKING NEEDS TO BE MENTIONED UPFRONT-not pages back in the fine print. Ruined our stay having to find parking daily, pay $70 each time, then walk half a mile in snow/freezing rain. Also, a person needs to be available for help. The phone number for property is text only. Very crappy customer service.
