Luxury 2 bedroom Apt!

Nice clean place, be prepared to possible mishaps Positive: Great location, clean and comfortable with everything you need. The interior was nice, clean, and felt fresh and modern. Negative: The overall experience was seriously affected by poor management and customer service. The front door was broken, yet nobody informed us in advance. The phone number listed on Booking.com was also out of service, so we had no way to contact anyone for help. As a result, we were locked out and had to wait outside for a long time until someone happened to leave the property. Staff were not helpful and simply told us to wait, which is completely unacceptable. The shower water pressure was also extremely poor — it took a long time just to wash the soap off properly. Better communication, maintenance, and customer support are definitely needed. Also their elevator was out of service, gladly our apt was on 1st floor.

Perfect location, very clean and great space Positive: Great central location walkable to cafes and restaurants. Right near the park too. Very secure and clean, plenty of space for family of 4. Loved the high ceilings, exposed brick walls and large windows. Negative: One area to be even better would to include a starter pack of coffee and essentials.

Muy recomendable para unos días en Boston con niños. Si vuelvo intentaré repetir. Positive: Muy espacioso, limpio y moderno. En muy buen estado. Bien situado junto a la Liberty Trail y relativamente tranquilo aunque está justo encima del metro. Negative: La calle de acceso está en obras por lo que fue bastante complicado acercarse con el coche para dejar las maletas y lo mismo para salir.

Perfect location for all of the activities we had planned and quite comfortable for our little family. Positive: The space itself was lovely. The location is close to so many central and touristy attractions, albeit a bit hidden. Negative: Hard to find by car services, but easy to resolve.
