Good location, clean room, but rats by window.
Positive: Very good location, with a comfortable bed and clean room.
Negative: The blinds on the glass door didn’t close all the way, which was concerning because it led to a patio connected to an alleyway. We could hear rats fighting at night through the window AC unit because the trash cans were right next to the glass door/ window.
