Back Bay Simple Studio Apartment

I would absolutely stay at 174 anytime I travel to Boston. Positive: The property was conveniently located in one if-if not THE prettiest neighborhoods in all of Boston. Being a basement apartment, it was quiet and private . The room was not air conditioned but two large fans were provided. The bed was quite comfortable and plenty of pillows too. We did not cook in the room, but we sure could have. The small kitchen area was nicely appointed. The place was clean, no funny smells . Negative: The hallways in the building were not particularly welcoming… drab, dirty not well lit. The door to our place, although deadbolted, still seemed less than secure. The bathroom needs updating , especially around the tub. The main room had everything one would NEED, though a small table and chair or two would’ve been nice. I Couldn’t help thinking how nice and roomy a Murphy bed would make the space.
