Positive: The location is convenient close to major subway lines. Negative: The locks and lock codes are unsafe. It is not possible to lock the door from the inside in a way that someone who knows the code cannot enter. Hence, the landlord or anyone who knows the code could enter at any time. Please install an additional locking mechanism on the inside as is common in hotels, for example. Moreover, the lock codes are too simple as they consist of numbers next to each other on the lock pad. The apartment does not have proper heating, the bathroom floor has several missing small tiles, the wooden flooring is highly uneven and poorly executed, the furniture (e.g. couch, chairs) has stains, and the windows are very thin. Thus, even if the apartment is on a quiet street, the apartment is quite noisy as one hears every car that drives by or people how talk on the street. Given these shortcomings, the studio was significantly overpriced.
