Terrible property, don’t book this place. Plus they don’t help you or refund any of your money for the non functioning g Positive: The location and the amount of space. Negative: There were so many things that were broken and did not work. I booked to have the washer and dryer and the dryer did not work and no one fixed it. Upon arriving we had a broken coffee maker that got replaced the afternoon of the 2nd day, broken lamp, spotty internet that had to be worked on on the 5th day was finally working correctly, the trash can outside was over flowing to were we could not throw anything away, there was mold all in the primary shower, one set of towels for seven days and not able to wash your towels and the dishwasher was also leaking all over the kitchen floor. All I got was an apology that we were experiencing this. This is not what your hard earned money should provide you with especially when you pick a place based on the amenities. I’m so upset and feel like contacting either my credit card company about this because I was told there would be no accommodation to the fact I paid full price for such a terrible experience. It’s fraud. You can expect a quirk or two but this is a trash rental. I wish I could upload video so you could see it.
