Great location, good owner,minor issues Positive: I stayed in property for 3 weeks and last week a have moved to another unit at the same building. So the property looks like in the picture, it is clean, newly renovated, there is the equipment as mentioned, the owner responses really quickly to the questions and resolves the problems, the location of the property is great. It is in a nice neighborhood, metro station of green line for going to the center and towards hospitals is 1minute walk from the apartment, yellow line bus also..there are groceries stores (whole foods and star market) less then 5minutes walk away and 7 eleven 1 minute away. The apartment is well connected, looks nice and the owner really tries to answer questions and resolve issues fast. So apart from below mentioned downsides i would recommend staying here. Negative: Although i would recommend this appartement there are some downsides 1. As the check in is contactless and i was traveling from Europe for a month trip and asked to get info for check in earlier as i wasn’t sure if i will be able to get on network when i arrive to US and read messages on booking messanger, there was no way they could provide it- so for someone who is traveling from Europe and doesn’t have esim installed this can be tricky 2. During my stay there was power outage in unit, and there aren’t any power switches in the unit, thankfully it was resolved quickly even the handler texted me first they will get to it next day, but “good thing” was i wasn’t the only one with power outage and it was really both times resolved in about 10-15minutes 3. At the end of my third week somehow a mouse entered in the apartment, me and my friend from the hospital who came to help me assumed it was threw a small hole in the wall under the couch. Thankfully the handler responded quickly they have sent someone to put traps and they were able to move me in other unit because i was scared. 4. No access to laundry service So all the problems i have encountered were resoleved pretty quickly by the owener so i that is a good thing and they are really prompt on responding
