Back Bay equals No Stay Positive: Nothing. The room is ridiculously small. Available parking was not close, and it was extremely expensive. Construction on the street outside the apartment enabled traffic in one direction, which made it difficult to access where we were staying when we left. We only stayed one night instead of the two we had planned. I would never stay in Boston again. Negative: Everything. The room is ridiculously small. There was no place to eat at a table even if we had wanted to do so.

Great value and location, comfortable and enjoyable stay. Positive: Clean, quaint and in a nice neighbourhood. It had all nevessary utensils for cooking and well equipped for everything needed Negative: Only small problem is that I couldn’t open the windows, and after cooking it’s hard to get the cooking smell out

Positive: It had an ok location. Negative: The activation code didn’t work, we had to stay outside the property for 20minutes. Turned out we were given the wrong code. When we got in the place was dirty, covered in dust. The AC was out of an open window and secured in with duct tape, felt very unsafe. The bed was also broken. The wood frame in the bed had snapped and was being supported by a wooden beam, that had been shoved under the bed. Tiles in the bathroom were missing and the shower was dirty. The property were also bad at contacting us and refused to give us any money back even though the property was wrongly advertised. It was way to expensive so the state of the studio.

Positive: I really loved this place. It was the perfect spot for staying in Boston. At first, I was a little worried because there were no reviews, but I honestly don’t know why I was worried. The apartment was clean and very well maintained in reasonable price! The location was ideal. I could walk almost everywhere, and I especially loved how close it was to Newbury Street and Back Bay station! The neighborhood felt very safe.
