Pleasant stay in a great location. Positive: The location was perfect, and being on the first floor, we didn't have to carry our luggage up a lot of stairs. The place was clean and easy to access by code. Negative: The window AC was taped into place but not well insulated. Being on the first floor, we felt like we were sleeping outside because we could hear every tiny noise coming from outside, and the outdoor air created allergy issues for us. It was rainy that weekend, and not hot enough to use the AC, but maybe using it anyway would have helped. The bathroom sink faucet was really leaky. There was no coffee to go with the coffee maker. I would have liked a dresser or more shelving. Not a lot of space in the bathroom for things. Sink was tiny.

Back Bay closet stay. Positive: The apartment was clean and in a great location. Negative: The apartment was so small and it didn't have an oven or a microwave or a decent size refrigerator with ice. It was a mini fridge like you would see in a hotel. Also, the inductions to lock the door were wrong and the apartment was adjacent to the door to leave the building. We could hear everyone coming and going. It was so loud, it sounded like they were coming into our apartment.
