Positive: De locatie in Back Bay, is ideaal om Boston te bezoeken! Het appartement was netjes en een fijne douche. De communicatie verliep vlot! Negative: We lieten weten dat de matras aan vervanging toe is. We verbleven er bijna een week, we hebben er gekookt, maar hebben afgedroogd met keukenrol. De tv vroeg erg veel elektriciteit, waardoor het licht niet goed werkte. Je kan enkel de airco bedienen, de verwarming niet.

Muy buena comunicacion con el anfitrion Negative: Cuando llegamos no pudimos entrar porque el keypad no tenia bateria, por suerte vinieron rapido a solucionarlo pero estaria bueno como sugerencia que lo chequeen antes de que entren huespedes. Por otro lado, hay mucho ruido en el edificio por parte de los vecinos, se escucha mucho la cañeria.

Monolocale ben illuminato, ristrutturato di recente e pulito. Bagno nuovo e angolo cottura ben fornito con elettrodomestici utili. Negative: Tariffe un po' care rispetto allo spazio complessivo a disposizione. Essendo un monolocale, gli spazi sono ottimizzati per due persone e per soggiorni brevi. Come tipico dei palazzi storici della zona, si sale tramite scale
