Overpriced for what it is Positive: The location was very good! I also like the red brick houses. The bed was really comfortable Negative: Overall if this listing was cheaper, I would expect less and complain less. But I paid > $300 a night and was very disappointed. 1. The hallway smells as you enter 2. Wifi for the room didn’t work 3. The room and bathroom are TINY, we (party of 2) could hardly move around 4. Broken toaster 5. Flickering lights (could not use it to read at night) 6. We had to ask for more towels - we were given 1 each for 3 days Overall we could have stayed at a hotel with all of the amenities for slightly more.

Value for money Positive: The perfect place to stay in Boston

Positive: It was in a handy location, quite neighbourhood and close walk shops and train stations. Negative: It felt like student accommodation, priced at something much higher. There were patches of plaster all over the wall that clearly hadn’t been sanded or painted, it looked like we stayed there halfway through a renovation and they quickly tidied it up.

Positive: It's a nice and chill studio I can do the cooking here. The room is not very soundproof but in overall a fine place to stay temporarily 😁 Negative: The room is not very soundproof
