Simple Studio Downtown Boston

Shabby and in need of redecoration and refurbishment. Positive: The only positive about this apartment is its location. Negative: The apartment was very shabby and not very clean. The furniture was very poor, cheap and worn. The bed was ridiculously soft. The entrance hall and stairways are dirty. There’s no lift until the second floor which, when you’ve got heavy cases as we had, is definitely an issue. For the price charged this apartment represents very poor value.

Location, Location, Location Positive: A beautiful, compact apartment. Clean and tidy and had everything you could need. As a solo female traveller I felt safe within the building and at all times on my adventures around Boston! The location was absolutely perfect with the most awesome supermarket (Roche Bros) just around the corner and tube stations literally 100 yards away. Hospitals were also very close. Boston is a beautiful city with lots of history. I visited Harvard and Salem, went on the Duck tour and a Boston Harbour cruise. Highly recommend!! Negative: Nothing.

Infelizmente, a experiência de descanso não foi boa. Positive: O colchão é extremamente mole, o que causou desconforto nas costas, e a cama de casal é o menor tamanho padrão; mesmo eu e minha esposa sendo maratonistas e magros, nos sentimos apertados. Por ser uma região central, o barulho da rua é constante e o imóvel se beneficiaria muito de janelas antirruído. Por fim, vale o alerta para quem tem restrições de mobilidade ou malas pesadas: o acesso é por escadas bem íngremes até o 4º andar. Negative: A localização é o ponto alto, perto de absolutamente tudo, o que facilita muito o deslocamento. Além disso, a cozinha é completa e muito bem equipada, o que é um diferencial para quem prefere preparar as próprias refeições.
