Broken, dirty bathroom and the property owner was completely unresponsive for all requests to fix th
Negative: When I got to my room, the bathroom had an inch of dirty water on the floor. I called the property and Booking.com - neither responded, and the property phone would not take messages. The bath and toilet didn’t work and so the property was unusable. The fact that I sent emails and was told that someone would “get back to me in 24hrs” was unacceptable. When I tried to cancel, Booking said they couldn’t and I never heard from the property owner. I waited three hours and no one came by or called. It was the worrst hotel experience I’ve had and I travel a lot. I do NOT recommend the property or Booming.com. Find a good hotel
