Luxury Back Bay Apt, steps from Fenway & Universities

Excellent location for vibrant central part of Boston.

Talk about proximity and location, this spot is an easy walk to Fenway. We loved the walkability to Back Bay and the Fenway area. Communication was clear, easy, and responsive. Limited checkout tasks which made it helpful with an early morning flight. The place was clean but boy is it looking rough. There were lots of big carpet stains, and furniture stains. Thankfully the bed was clean but everything else felt a little questionable. I think that was due to the age and severe need for TLC. For example, all the can lights and bathroom caulking were laden with mold and/or dust, the floors were sticky, bathroom door wouldn’t close and was cracked bc of obvious hard pulling from other guests. It is not well appointed. We got wash cloths and bathroom caulking towels but no hand towels, no paper towels or other kitchen items. Thankfully we were gone most of the time and were eating out majority. There was a weird smell shortly after we turned on the AC window units on all the rooms. I kept thinking it smelled like natural gas, but we couldn’t quite put our finger on it. It’s obviously this place is great for accessibility to Fenway but don’t expect anything major in the comfort department. It’s cute af if it could get some TLC and be better maintained.

The property was clean and in a very convenient location, with the T green-line just steps away. This property is perfect for anyone planning to attend a Red Sox game. There was plenty of room for three adults and it was very clean. Would definitely stay here again in the future. The host responded quickly to any questions that I had during our stay. The only suggestion that I have would be to provide more towels and kitchen supplies, such as coffee filters, a variety of coffee and tea, and creamer/sugar, etc. A minor suggestion, but it’s a convenience that guests typically appreciate.

This is a pretty good spot for walking around but if you exapect it to be nice, you’re going to be pretty disappointed. Positive: Close to the park Negative: My wife and kid complained about the duct taped windows and dirty bed sheets.

Departamento amplio, bien ubicado y ruidoso Positive: Está muy bien ubicado. La sala, comedor y cocina son amplios. Negative: Hay que subir 4 pisos para acceder al departamento. No hay elevador. El cuarto secundario cuenta con una caja de aire acondicionado empotrado en la ventana, que además no esta bien instalado, hay espacios que dejan entrar el frío y el ruido provenientes de la avenida. Dicha avenida presenta mucha actividad nocturna. Además la caja del aire acondicionado está a la altura de la cabecera de la cama. Es difícil dormir con el ruido proveniente del exterior. Por otra parte, es complicado encontrar espacio para estacionar el carro.
