Perfect North End Apt - 2BR 2BA w/ Laundry!

Great Positive: Location Negative: The hole in the ceiling in the shower. No coffee no soap for the sink

Die Wohnung ist heruntergekommen und zu teuer, für das was man bekommt. Positive: Die Lage war top. Die Möbel und Bilder schön. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich. Negative: Die Wände und die Decke waren sehr herunter gekommen. Es hatte mehrere Löcher in der Decke. Ein grosses Loch gleich über der Dusche. Die Farbe hing von den Wänden. Die Tapeten haben sich gewölbt. Die Bäder waren alt und schmuddelig. Es hatte Schimmel in den Ecken. Die Teppiche in den Schlafzimmern waren äusserst ungepflegt.

Positive: Location, location, location. Also, perfectly met our needs. Negative: Apartment was old and somewhat run down. Needs to be refreshed.

overpriced given marginal quality of unit Positive: Location Negative: Common areas dirty and poorly maintained. Unit had holes, imperfections in ceiling. Carpet dirty. Shower tiles in need of repair. Stairs to unit steep and narrow

Nothing fancy, but adequate Positive: Great location. Easy to get in and out. Spacious enough for a family of 3 or more. Great communication. Enjoyed the bedding. Appreciated a washer and dryer. Negative: The building isn't super well maintained. It smells odd upon entry to the building and there's some paint peeling and all over the ground. The unit itself hasn't been maintained in awhile. There's lots of paint peeling on the ceiling and walls and so while it was fine for us, it just wasn't anything super spectacular. That being said, it's cheaper than hotels and has bedrooms and living space. We'd stay there again.
