Luxury 4BR 3.5BA in Fenway w/ Laundry & Roof Deck!

A lovely getaway even with inclement unexpected weather! We will return as our daughter will be attending Boston Univers Positive: What a beautiful gem of a property. This two level rental was spacious and clean all while offering all of the comforts of home. Negative: The stairway leading to the second level was a bit narrow. Also with the high winds due to the 2026 blizzard, there was a bit of snow that blew through an upstairs window.

Positive: Location, spacious apartment, character building, size of rooms. Proximity to city, access to public transport. Negative: Property needs extensive renovations and modernisation, leaking windows, antiquated heating, insufficient window coverings, minimal provisions requiring purchase of basic items and amenities for the duration of the stay. No information on location for waste disposal, how to operate facilities such as the heating. Some concerns about security, wifi suboptimal.

Bad karma Positive: Never checked in Negative: Completely unaccommodating staff. Description says get written permission for cats, but denied our request. We asked to shift dates and were rejected. Their place ended up empty for both the week we initially booked and the week we ended up needing

Positive: The location is great and it's a beautiful spacious apartment. The hosts were very responsive and check in was easy with key codes. Negative: There's a leak in the hallway ceiling that has been covered up semi-professionally with a board and is still leaking. It is just a minor leak and since it's only in the hallway it didn't bother us too much, but it would've been nice, if the hosts would've informed us about it and just put a bucket underneath, so we at least wouldn't have had to worry about it. Some rooms in the apartment need a bit of reno (peeling paint, water damage, broken off skirting boards), but overall this apartment was much cheaper than others and probably in fair condition for the price (Boston is very expensive!). It would've been nice to have a warmer blanket in November. If you're showering at peak times around 7:30, you might only get warmish water, not hot. The key code lock on the apartment door is slow to respond.
