Luxury 4BR 3.5BA in Fenway w/ Laundry & Roof Deck!

Positive: The location is great and it's a beautiful spacious apartment. The hosts were very responsive and check in was easy with key codes. Negative: There's a leak in the hallway ceiling that has been covered up semi-professionally with a board and is still leaking. It is just a minor leak and since it's only in the hallway it didn't bother us too much, but it would've been nice, if the hosts would've informed us about it and just put a bucket underneath, so we at least wouldn't have had to worry about it. Some rooms in the apartment need a bit of reno (peeling paint, water damage, broken off skirting boards), but overall this apartment was much cheaper than others and probably in fair condition for the price (Boston is very expensive!). It would've been nice to have a warmer blanket in November. If you're showering at peak times around 7:30, you might only get warmish water, not hot. The key code lock on the apartment door is slow to respond.

Wonderful place! Tons of room, perfect location. Positive: Great location! Walking distance to Fenway, MIT, and countless restaurants. Huge place. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Negative: Just a warning - there are LOTS of stairs! Both to get to the apartment, and within the apartment itself.

Positive: Awesome location, very accessible to subway, buses and plenty of amenities within walking distance. The apartment was a whole vibe, epic roof deck though, not so much, seems like it used to be at one time but not for this trip, do better. But probably why there are no pictures of it in the advertisement. Negative: A little dingy, paint peeling off the ceilings, no epic roof deck. Hair left over from who knows how long on the death stairs, the back stairs leading up to the main bedroom. But still, it had a vibe.

Loves our stay but probably would not stay again due to no elevator. Positive: Very convenient to Fenway Park which was great. Negative: We were not aware there was no elevator we had to walk several of the flights of stairs. My husband has issues with his knees so this was very painful for him.
