A lovely getaway even with inclement unexpected weather! We will return as our daughter will be attending Boston Univers Positive: What a beautiful gem of a property. This two level rental was spacious and clean all while offering all of the comforts of home. Negative: The stairway leading to the second level was a bit narrow. Also with the high winds due to the 2026 blizzard, there was a bit of snow that blew through an upstairs window.

Negative: Property needs extensive renovations and modernisation, leaking windows, antiquated heating, insufficient window coverings, minimal provisions requiring purchase of basic items and amenities for the duration of the stay. No information on location for waste disposal, how to operate facilities such as the heating. Some concerns about security, wifi suboptimal.
