Exceptional Luxury Loft in Downtown Boston

If you need space this is a good option. If you need a good nights sleep, not so much. Positive: The apartment itself is nice. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice layout. Enough space for a family of 4. Negative: The apartment block itself is shabby in need a a deep clean and paint. The carpets outside the apartment are stained and dirty. While the location in terms of proximity to attractions and shops is good, don’t expect to get a good nights sleep. Very noisy outside and garbage trucks at 2am right outside the window. You can also hear the people walking around upstairs. The apartment could do with a proper clean of the couches and loose carpets.

We had an amazing two day layover celebrating that nations birthday and so happy to not have stayed where we were going Positive: The location is hands-down, the best reason to stay here. That in the fact that the air conditioner works flawlessly. Negative: The construction on the front corner is temporary, but doesn’t bother you at all because it’s not noisy.

Great location, spacious and comfortable Positive: This apartment was right across Boston Commons, with many of the historical Freedom Trail sites in easy walking distance. There were many restaurants nearby. We didn’t cook but there was a full kitchen which was great to keep leftovers, fruit and morning coffee supplies. I find a washer and dryer for longer trips so helpful so this is an important criteria for me. The unit was spacious and clean, beds comfortable, and water pressure was good. The host answered Qs quickly. The T station was very close by. I would not hesitate to stay here again! Negative: Very minor issue - one of the lights in the bedroom went out towards the end of our stay.
