Buena Ubicación pero muy ruidoso Positive: La cocina estaba bien equipada y la ubicación muy buena Negative: Las ventanas parecían de papel, entraba frío y no se podía dormir con el ruido de la calle. Las cortinas no tapaban la luz. La cama incómoda y con ropa de cama insuficiente para el frío

Positive: Location, supported a good cores, good bed. Negative: Stairs, no lift for the 1st floor, louder blinds did not keep light out, abot noisy from construction.

Disappointed by the conduct of the hosts Positive: Location was convenient Negative: We stayed 3 nights, 2 of the nights we got practically no sleep as full on construction works were being undertaken from about 2:30am to 8am in the adjoining premises directly outside our window. This included grinding machinery, drilling, banging and conversations between workmen. Unless by coincidence this only started during our stay, it is inconceivable previous guests would not have brought it to the hosts attention and therefore the host should have warned potential guests of the problem beforehand. We tried to negotiate a partial refund with the host, who disappointingly refused our reasonable request with the feeble excuse that they were not responsible for the noise. The real point being their failure in their duty to inform potential guests of the problem.

Positive: La ubicación y las instalaciones. Negative: Faltaban cosa para limpiar la cocina.

All in all, I would not be inclined to use booking.com again Positive: There was no breakfast offered. The location was excellent for access to downtown Boston and Boston Common park. Negative: After the booking was made the phone # given for the operator was "not accepting phone calls," and the chat links often returned the message that chat was not available.
