Not as described Positive: The location and the staff, dealt with an issue I had very quickly. The bed was comfortable and linen and towels clean. Negative: To describe this as a luxury apartment is just not true, the lobby entrance carpets are all stained, the whole place needs redecorating. The paint was peeling off the ceiling im my bathroom, the walls were all marked and dirty and the furnishings from the 80's. For $330 dollars a night, it was very poor value. More concering was the down and outs hanging around the 7 Eleven, they approached me every time I came or left the apartment and one was urinating beside the front door, very intimidating.

Parfait Positive: L’appartement était très agréable, confortable, bien équipé et très bien placé.

Positive: - perfekte Lage mitten im Zentrum, mit sehr guter U-Bahn- und Zug-Anbindung (South Station) - viel Platz und eigene Küche (allerdings mit minimaler Ausstattung), da ganze Ferienwohnung Negative: - die großen Fenster im Schlafzimmer sind überhaupt nicht dicht, so dass kalte Luft die ganze Zeit reinzieht - minimaler Wasserdruck im Bad - Kühlschrank war nicht kalt genug eingestellt, so dass Lebensmittel nach einigen Tagen schlecht wurden - kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Overall excellent value! Positive: Great location around many downtown attractions. Negative: Typical city noise around premises.
