Downtown Boston | Nurses Welcome | W/D in bldg

Positive: Brilliant location for exploring Boston. Very handy for the T and a great supermarket close by. The flat was clean, light, well equipped and nicely furnished. Great shower, comfortable bed, plenty of storage and hanging space. Immaculate stove, combination microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Pots and pans and utensils all great. Plenty of clean soft towels and spare sheets provided as we had booked for 12 nights. Negative: Noise from outside was awful. We used earplugs as we expected some noise as the location is downtown and we have previously stayed at 103 Arch Street, but almost every night's sleep was disturbed. Early morning delivery trucks and overnight roadworks are tolerable but late night music, shouting and the use of car horns in the early hours would not be acceptable in the UK. The bedroom windows in unit 5A might just as well not be there as they did not seem to have any sound proofing ability whatsoever! Decent double or triple glazed units would transform the flat and make any stay perfect. No lift to go from the ground floor in 103, fine for us but for anyone with mobility issues a stay here would be impossible.

Perfect location and easy to access. Clean and has all the basics. Would definitely stay here again.
