The property was in a fantastic location. We were able to enjoy all of down town Boston on foot. It was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that in the listing they say there is an elevator it doesn't mention that it is very unreliable. They do mention that in the check in information. We arrived very late into Boston 1030 pm and tried to use the elevator to get our luggage upstairs and we were stuck in the elevator for approximately 20 minutes before we finally got the door to open. We then carried our luggage up the 2 additional flights of stairs. Everything else was FANTASTIC. Had there been a sign on the door about the elevator and on the listing I wouldn't have even mentioned it.

Very good overall. Positive: Great location, staff kept close communication and answered all questions. Very clean. Negative: A bit noisy at night.

The rental was in a charming older building close to everything we wanted to see. It was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was a bit noisy at night but I suspect that's typical of anywhere downtown. We appreciated being on the 4th floor. The building itself was lovely and quiet. Communication was excellent. We will stay again next time we are in Boston! Highly recommend!
