DECEPCIONANTE Positive: La ubicación es muy buena, la cocina está bien equipada y todo funcionaba correctamente. Afortunadamente el propietario puso a disposición un aparato de "sonido blanco" (white noise) que ayudó a ensombrecer los ruidos de la calle. También es agradable contar con lavadora y secadora en el edificio, aunque se tuvieron que introducir 26 monedas de un cuarto de dólar, y sobra decir que cuando se preguntó si esa cantidad se podía conseguir en el alojamiento, la respuesta fue que sería en algún banco en donde cambiarían billetes por las monedas requeridas. Negative: Iluminación insuficiente y aires acondicionados muy viejos y ruidosos, INACEPTABLE que el propietario, ADVIRTIERA, pero sólamente cuando FALTABAN MENOS de 3 HORAS para hacer el Check-in, QUE EL ELEVADOR NO ES CONFIABLE, QUE SE DESCOMPONE DE VEZ EN CUANDO Y QUE NO RECOMIENDA EL USO DEL ELEVADOR. PERO QUE SE PUEDE USAR PERO YA ES RESPONSABILIDAD DEL HUÉSPED. Es decir, el propietario se DESLINDA de cualquier RESPONSABILIDAD en caso de que los huéspedes se queden SIN PODER USAR EL ELEVADOR, se queden ENCERRADOS o se CAIGAN hasta el sótano, con el inmenso RIESGO DE PERDER HASTA LA VIDA. Al pedir apoyo a Booking, dijeron que me alojarían en un hotel de similar precio y ubicación. Que esperara 3 horas. Luego el propietario dijo que el elevador sí funcionaba. Al final, yo tendría demostrara que el el elevador no funcionaba, cuando la prueba debería recaer en el que AFIRMA. El EDIFICIO tiene 8 PISOS y el elevador nunca pudo ni DETENERSE, ni ser ABORDADO en el 4° PISO, que es donde estaba mi apartamento. Al llegar, la maleta y el carry on se tuvieron que bajar por la ESCALERA de CARACOL desde el 5° piso y antes del check-out, se tuvieron que bajar los equipajes vacíos al 3er piso y allí se fueron llenando acarreando todo el contenido desde el 4° piso. Y todo eso, cuando se pagaron $ 3,139.98 dólares Estadounidenses por 10 noches de alojamiento. Esta CONDUCTA TRAMPOSA ES FRAUDULENTA y el FRAUDE es un DELITO que no debe cometerse en perjuicio de los huéspedes. Los huéspedes tenemos DERECHOS y es una vergüenza que se burlen argumentando que EN EL LISTADO DE LAS AMENIDADES no se incluyó al elevador. Pero en el TÍTULO la TERCERA PALABRA ES ELEVADOR. En mi opinión Booking NO DEBERÍA INCLUIR EN SU OFERTA A ALOJAMIENTOS EN LOS QUE CLARAMENTE SE INCUMPLEN LAS ESTIPULACIONES QUE LOS PROPIETARIOS ANUNCIAN y que todo huésped supondría que son indispensables en un EDIFICIO de 8 PISOS. Al hacerlo, BOOKING se vuelve CÖMPLICE de esa CONDUCTA que es FRAUDULENTA a todas luces.

Best location in town Positive: Location Negative: Nothing

The property was in a fantastic location. We were able to enjoy all of down town Boston on foot. It was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that in the listing they say there is an elevator it doesn't mention that it is very unreliable. They do mention that in the check in information. We arrived very late into Boston 1030 pm and tried to use the elevator to get our luggage upstairs and we were stuck in the elevator for approximately 20 minutes before we finally got the door to open. We then carried our luggage up the 2 additional flights of stairs. Everything else was FANTASTIC. Had there been a sign on the door about the elevator and on the listing I wouldn't have even mentioned it.

Very good overall. Positive: Great location, staff kept close communication and answered all questions. Very clean. Negative: A bit noisy at night.
