Buena relación precio calidad Positive: La ubicación y la facilidad de acceso con código. La respuesta inmediata del host Negative: Es oscurisimo. No tiene luz natural. Las ventanas son internas, dan a paredones. Es una planta baja. Al lado hay un boliche y jueves, viernes y sábados hasta las 2 am se escucha muchísimo la música. Hay detalles de mantenimiento que podrían ser arreglados como humedad en el techo o heladera y horno que están en mal estado. Pero el precio es muy accesible. La decoración es linda. Entonces cierra la ecuación si no tenes mucho dinero y vas a estar mucho afuera de la casa
