IT SHOULD BE A SHELTER FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE Negative: It is a 5 story building with no elevator!!! It does not say in the ad that there is no elevator and you have to climb 5 flights of stairs. There was no shampoo or soap even though it says it is provided in the ad. We had to go out and buy some. They gave us 2 towels for a 1 week stay. It is a party place for young people. There are 3 hip hop clubs within 200 feet of the front door. There were people lined up on the street at 9 pm waiting to get into these clubs. Then at 2 am all of these people hang out in the street under your window yelling and fighting each other. The police showed up around 3 am. There were people running up and down the stairs yelling all night long after drinking. The bed is about 20 years old.

Very central apt Positive: The apt is clean, the bed is large and comfortable , well equipped kitchen, good shower. Very central position. Notice 4 th floor, steep staircase, no elevator Negative: Uncomfortable stairs, without highlighting it in the description Check in very late (5pm) check out early (10am) for early arrival or late departure they charge $ 50

Positive: The location is brilliant, super close to the subway and boston common. Kitchen facilities really good, as we could cook dinner in versus eating out each night. The TV and sofa area was spacious too. Also liked that the door lock was a pin code, versus a key Negative: The property does not have an elevator. We were on the 4th floor, so it was tough work lifting our large suitcases up the stairs. We requested an early check in, but the request was ignored so we had to pay $30 each to store our luggage in a store. Bit frustrating Also we stayed 3 nights so would have liked more than 1 towel each

It was nice Positive: It was very homey and quiet. Nearby parking garages (some advice. If you park in the tuss hospital deck and you tell them you’re a hospital visitor you can get the parking validated to $27 a day vs the $50 a day they charge.) Negative: The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is because I have heart issues and it is a considerable amount of stairs. Like if you include the stairs in the entrance probably like 9 flights. I was definitely out of breath.
