very bad and useless
Positive: useless and no value at all. we arrived on 2nd may and 3lifts was out of order and 3rd, 4th, 5th no repair. we have given 5th floor and had to carry the 4 big luggages to 5 floors up. no response from from and no contact person. they are cheaters, dont trust them and book. no value for money.
Negative: broken lift for 4 days and non response or contact person.

Great location!
We have stayed in this condo twice now. The location and space is AMAZING! It is so easy to get around and do all the things you want to do in Boston! We will definitely want to stay here again!
