Great on weekdays; too noisy on weekends. Positive: Comfortable bed. Close to Boston Common and public transit. Secure doors. Negative: There are three nightclubs in the alley below. Lines start forming about 10 pm and pot and tobacco smoke smell permeates the living room. The noise of late night parties, honking cars continues until about 4 am. It’s extremely noisy.

Positive: A nice spacious apartment in a great location The host was always available to contact and replied to messages very quickly and efficiently Negative: The only thing I would add is it would be nice if there was some coffee/tea/milk/sugar available on arrival so you can have a drink in the morning after checking in the night before ...this is not a criticism just a suggestion
